Stitching Policy | Saira Sultan®

Thank you for choosing Saira Sultan® for your stitching needs. We take pride in offering premium stitching management, ensuring that every outfit is styled and tailored with close attention to detail, inspired by the original designer photos displayed on our website.

Our aim is to deliver a modest, elegant, and wearable version of luxury Pakistani designer wear for our global clientele. However, certain elements shown in brand catalogues are for visual presentation and may not be practical or modest for everyday wear. Therefore, we make necessary adjustments to preserve traditional values.

For instance, designs featuring backless cuts, deep necklines, drop shoulders, or sleeveless styles are respectfully modified into regular backs, covered shoulders, and full sleeves to ensure modesty and cultural appropriateness.

Stitching Guidelines

  • The shirt will be sewn to closely resemble the image shown on the Saira Sultan® website.

  • We do not stitch sleeveless designs; sleeves will always be attached.

  • Upon request, net or chiffon sleeves lining can be added or sent separately.

  • All stitched outfits will include lining (underlining) to ensure full coverage of the stomach, shoulders, and back.

  • The pants/trousers will be sewn as depicted in the product image.

  • Dupattas will be finished with neat edging either silk pipings or according to the brand display.

  • Embellishments will be placed according to the product image. Please note, however, that some accessories used in designer shoots may not always be available in the market.

  • Our stitching fabric is chosen for quality and durability and may not be water-absorbent to maintain its luster and structure.

 

Customization Options

  • A custom size box is available at checkout for all stitched orders.

  • Customization includes sizing and style adjustments only. We do not offer color customizations.

  • Any request for style changes beyond the image (e.g. neckline, sleeve length, trouser cut) will be executed as per customer instructions. Please note: once customized, such orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Since we receive unstitched suits without brand collars, we use our own Saira Sultan® collar tags in all stitched orders.
